Be Aware

In 1971, Barbra Streisand performed on the TV special, “Singer Presents Burt Bacharach.”

Ever an activist for social change, she asked Bacharach and Hal David to prepare a song addressing homelessness and hunger. The result was the song “Be Aware.”
