Prashanti Aswani

Prashanti Aswani is an award-winning director, animator and illustrator based in London. Born in Indonesia, growing up in Estonia and having lived in different parts of the world she has grown up very uncertain about her identity - a feeling that is strongly reflected in her work. Her animations and illustrations often revolve around themes of race, identity, immigration and the female body.
